Dayra Barona, Senior Program Associate – Company Sessions & Communications
Dayra, originally from Colombia, coordinates the company sessions that are integral to the professional growth of our participants, and manages our communications .
Martha Arbelaez, Program Assistant – Program Support
Originally from Colombia, Martha supports the coordination of job readiness workshops like LEAD, We Speak We LEAD, and Bridge to LEAD.
Our Work-Based Learners
We are proud to offer paid Work-Based Learning opportunities for our workforce development graduates to make a direct contribution to our programming. Through these opportunities, they build their job readiness skills and professional network, while gaining real US work experience which they can add to their resume.
